Over the past 5 years, I’ve built the content strategy for a fast-growing SaaS startup from the ground up.  As the company scaled from 30 to 300+ employees and secured $101 million in funding, I had my hand in every element of Yotpo's content machine, from putting together the outline of our first eBook to overhauling our website and blog and developing the brand messaging and positioning.

During that time, I've overseen the production of hundreds of content projects, from print books to interactive data reports.

Building a Modern Brand with UGC & AI

This project was created to promote the product release of Yotpo's AI offerings. The purpose was to educate the market on how AI could improve their business results. The final product was a thought leadership asset delivered in PDF, web, and print versions.

After Yotpo acquired Swell (a tool for loyalty & referrals programs), we needed to create a full-funnel campaign to help not only generate awareness and demand, but also close deals to support aggressive company sales goals.
